Terms of Use for AUX

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AUX ("the Service"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and
regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms,
you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Blockchain and Token Terms
AUX operates on the Base blockchain network. All
transactions within the platform must be conducted using
the Attention token, which is an ERC20 token on the Base
network. We reserve the right to modify the ERC20 token
contract and token distribution as needed for network
functionality and improvement.
2.1 Token Usage Requirements
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You must maintain a compatible wallet capable of
interacting with the Base blockchain

You are responsible for all gas fees associated with
transactions

Token values may fluctuate and we make no guarantees
about token value

3. Platform Access and Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:

Token utility is limited to platform functionality

Tokens do not represent ownership in our company

7. Platform Rules

13. Termination

- You may withdraw your tokens
- Your content may be removed
- Your account will be deactivated
- You must cease using the Service
14. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are
not responsible for:
- Cryptocurrency market volatility
- Token value fluctuations
- Blockchain network issues
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Lost or stolen tokens
15. Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims
resulting from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these terms
- Token transactions
- Content you post

Your interactions with other users
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved

- Good faith negotiations
- Mediation (if negotiations fail)

Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)
Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules
of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration
shall take place in Delaware, United States.
17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18. Smart Contract Terms
You acknowledge and agree that:

Smart contracts are irreversible and immutable

You are responsible for reviewing smart contract code

We may upgrade smart contracts with notice

Contract interactions may incur gas fees

Smart contract bugs may result in loss of tokens
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We
will notify users of any material changes by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date
Your continued use of the Service after such modifications
constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
